The most complex being
a series of seven two day conferences (150 delegates),
two/three per week over three weeks. Including negotiation
and booking of air and rail travel from all over the
UK and Europe, transfers, hotel accommodation, Gala
Dinners with entertainment, presentations, etc.
Gala Dinner entertainers
include Victoria Wood, Hale & Pace, Phil Cool to name
but a few, catering to their individual requirements.
1998:
For over 300 delegates to Salzburg for four days, three
nights, including chartered plane collecting from Manchester
and Gatwick.
1999:
350 delegates to Seville the following year for four
days, three nights.
All arrangements to
include booking & liaison of venue, accommodation, travel,
delegate and venue management, set & production liaison,
speaker support etc.
